Producer's Information

To get your business on the BigBarn map, you simply need to send us an email with your contact details. We will add you to the map and send you a password to update and add more information to encourage consumers to visit.

This means joining one of our 3 membership schemes (see below) starting at just £6 per month + VAT for basic membership rising to £12 per month for our full BigBarn and Localfoodshop membership, where you can have your own e-commerce shop to sell your products online.

When you join as a member, you're not just putting your business on BigBarn, you're also putting it on all the other sites that the BigBarn map is on. The number of these is growing all the time. At the moment it includes, amongst others:

Together, these websites receive millions of visitors every month. Ask yourself if there's any other way you can promote your business to such a huge audience for so little money. If there is, we suggest you go for that instead.

Be listed at the top of the page under the BigBarn map of your area

£72 + Vat every 6 months (£12 per month)

Basic listing & BigBarn membership as above, plus:

Have a red icon rather than green on the BigBarn map

Be included in our as a 'Featured Producer'

Your own e-commerce shop in www.localfoodshop.co.uk (This includes credit card fees)

Full support to build your shop

Discounts on products such as courier fees and packaging

Marketing advice

*To reduce costs and save time all payments can be made on line in our admin system by credit card. Payments are taken by Futurepay, and like a standing order, the fee is taken from your card every 6 months unless cancelled. After payment a VAT invoice and membership pack will be sent from our office.

Our experience shows us that just one new customer will repay your membership fee inside a year.
